How do I calculate the ingredients for super juice?

Navigate to the Super Juice page.
Select the type of fruit you want to make by clicking on the fruit drop-down. The default is lemon.
Weigh out the amount of peels you have and enter the number in the section labeled weight of peels.
The instructions below will automatically update and give the amount of acids and water required to make the right amount of super juice for your peels.

How do I make acid adjusted juices?

Navigate to the Acid Adjusted Juices page.
Select the type of fruit/juice you want to adjust.
Select if you want to adjust it like lemon or lime juice.
Enter the weight of the amount of juice you have in the weight of juice section.
The recipe will automatically calculate the amount of acids to add the you existing juice.

How do I make syrups and liquors?

Navigate to the Syrups page.
Select the recipe you want to follow from the drop-down list at the top
The recipe will display below, with total ingredient amounts at the top and steps to follow below.
